Lead Pastor
I was born in Metairie, LA outside of New Orleans and am a 5th generation pastor. My 2 siblings are pastors as well in Birmingham, AL and Austin, TX. I attended and graduated bible college in San Antonio, TX and I have served as a pastor since 1998 in Louisiana, Arkansas, and the great state of Texas! I am married to my amazing wife, Brooke and we have 3 kids: Joel, Jenna and Liam. After 20 years of ministry at Living Waters Church, my step-father Ed Bilderback and my mom Paulette, retired and passed the lead pastor roles to Brooke and I in November 2016.
We truly believe that God has given us the responsibility to lead the greatest church in the world here at Living Waters in Seguin, TX. We believe in leading people into a growing relationship with Jesus and count it as the greatest privilege to pastor this church family. I love the Bible, the local church, being around the lake & ocean, golf, hanging with friends, going to restaurants, watching movies and of course, date nights with my bride!
Brooke Mason
Lead & Women’s Pastor
I grew up in Oklahoma (Boomer Sooner!) and graduated from Texas State University in San Marcos, TX– (Go Bobcats!) I dedicated my life to Christ in 1995, in FT. Smith, AR in youth group when I was 14. I later met Paul and we were married at the same church in 2001. After several years in ministry at Celebration Church in Georgetown, TX, God called us here to Living Waters in 2014. What an amazing adventure it has been! We have seen so many life changes and have met the most amazing people here in Seguin. I am passionate about all of the ministries in the local church and really love leading the Women’s Ministry here at LW. I love watching and playing sports with my family, singing praise and worship music at the top of my lungs, and am a HUGE fan of Country Music.

Ed Bilderback (1936-2022)
Founding Pastor
Ed received Christ as his Savior and felt a call to ministry at age 13. After Bible College, he served as church planter, pastor, evangelist and missionary over the span of 61 years, 27 of which were in Central and South America. Feeling that God directed him to move from Costa Rica back to the United States, he & Paulette planted Living Waters Worship Center in Seguin, Texas where he was lead Pastor from 1995-2016.
Paulette Bilderback
Founding Pastor
My husband, Ed Bilderback and I moved to Seguin, Texas in 1995 to plant Living Waters Worship Center, having been in Costa Rica as missionaries. We now live in New Braunfels, Texas. I’m originally from New Orleans, LA and have 3 children, Lori Champion, Paul Mason and Matthew Mason, and together my husband and I have 14 grandchildren.
I’ve been in ministry all of my adult life, having come from a family of pastors for four generations. I am passionate about the Lord and His Church and seeing lives changed by the gospel! I also love to play keyboard and sing.
I’m also a pretty good Cajun cook, if I do say so myself!
